ARTS AND CRAFTS REMODELLING

The house occupies a highly sensitive location directly opposite Grade I listed St Andrews Church in Walberswick, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Heritage Coast.

Our remodelling of this substantial and rambling Arts and Crafts property will provide a two storey side addition, replacing existing single storey unsympathetic additions added in the 1970s. The associated internal works will restore the Arts and Crafts detailing and include the addition of an oak neo-Jacobean staircase and a library recess.
